Superfood Energy Bites

Recipe:

200g Soaring Free Super Oats Vanilla (can choose chocolate flavour if prefer)

1 cup pitted dates

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

2-3 Tbs Tahini/ Nut butter of choice

 

Method:

Soak pitted dates in boiling water for 10mins

In a large bowl, mix together Super Oats and melted coconut oil

Remove dates from water and chop roughly. Add to mixture and use hands to mix in.

Add the Tahini and mix until mixture starts to stick together. Roll into balls and refrigerate overnight

*If mixture not sticking, add more soaked and roughly chopped dates or 1-2 more Tbs Tahini
