Veggie Bowl

I love my veggies and often find I crave some greens daily, this simple bowl is quick to make and packed with vital nutrients as well as your daily dose of probiotic-rich foods.

 

 

Ingredients:

1 zuchinni spiralized (I used my own spiralizer but you can buy them already like this in stores or just grate zuchinni to keep thimgs super simple)

1 cup baby spinach

1/4 avo sliced

1-2 boiled eggs

2 Tbs Sauerkraut

Handful sprouts (I used alfalfa and beetroot sprouts)

Edible flowers (Optional)

 

Method:

Boil eggs  for 8-9 mins to make sure it's coked through. Let cool whilst you prep the salad.

Add all ingredients to the bowl.

Remove the shell from the eggs and add to bowl

Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of Himalayan salt.
